Back to MDC....

Tommy was taken back to MDC last night... what a surprise the hospital didn't want him there so why would they make sure he was in good health before they ship him back.

AND WHAT AN EVEN BIGGER SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL OF HIS BELONGINGS ARE MISSING! HIS LEGAL PAPERS (WHEN HE WAS PUT IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT IN OCTOBER THE SAME THING HAPPENED AND 12 BOXES OF HIS LEGAL DOCUMENTS DISAPPEARED) ARE GONE! ALL OF THE WORK HE PUT INTO THE UPCOMING "SPEEDY" (2+ YEARS IN THE MAKING) TRIAL SINCE HE WAS ARRESTED IN JUNE OF '08; GONE! WELL WHERE DID THEY GO? THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT KNOW... BLAME IT ON THE OTHER INMATES ... WHAT DID THE OTHER INMATES STEAL 12 BOXES AND HIDE THEM IN THE CEILING? OR MAYBE THEY ATE THEM? I BET THE INMATES OPENED TOMMY'S LOCKED CELL ALL ON THEIR OWN AND SNEAKIILY REMOVED ALL OF HIS BELONGINGS WITHOUT BEING CAUGHT BY A GUARD OR ON CAMERA. ALL OF SOMEONE'S PERSONAL BELONGINGS ACQUIRED OVER 19 MONTHS DO NOT JUST DISAPPEAR ON ONE FLOOR OF A PRISON THAT IS GUARDED 24 HOURS A DAY. BULLSHIT. MAYBE THERE'S AN MDC GHOST.

Not only are his legal documents missing again, all of his clothing, his food, his soap, his EVERYTHING is GONE. EVERYTHING that he bought in comminssary since October (when he was in solitary and his cell was ransacked the first time) GONE AGAIN. Now he has wait for comminssary and re-purchase new clothing, new food, new belongings, etc. He's still waiting on the return of all his belongings that went missing in OCTOBER, and MDC claims he did not have half of the belongings he really had (even though Tommy found the receipts for items that he did have when they returned some of his belongings).


WHAT A JOKE. IF IT'S NOT ONE THING, IT'S TEN OTHERS.

ALL WE ASK FOR IS THE MEANS TO STAY HEALTHY AND SOME RIGHTS AND SOME TIME TO FAIRLY FIGHT THIS CASE.


ALWAYS STRONGER THAN YESTERDAY NO MATTER WHAT.
