More Media/Government Lies

Last Saturday I was listening to the Sleazy Curtis Sliwa show. I don't listen during the week anymore, not that I find the lies he spouts about me too offensive, he's just too damn boring! So Saturday is plenty enough time to waste on his rhetoric. Anyway, I was shocked to hear him say that I kicked open a door and shot a nun. What lies!! What dastardly lies!!

Then he said that in the Jerry Capeci blog I stated numerous times that I was going to hell for killing a nun. Not one time did it say it originally. And then the final shot came when they portrayed the judge as doing me a favor by not allowing this uncharged act into my trial, or by superseding my indictment with the killing of the nun. Well let me tell you something Boring Sliwa, Creepy Capeci and John "the Dolt" Marzulli... I wish I was charged with the actual slaying of the nun!!! Not only because I am innocent but because there is so much documentation to prove my innocence that I could show just how dirty the prosecutors and the FBI are!!!

Let me explain to my readers just how the government, with the help of the cabal of media rejects works... They take the story of this poor nun who was killed by a Team America informant "Shitty" Sally Miciotta. By the way, he killed a young boy in a bagel store and left another child brain-dead when he shot him in the park while trying to kill Tommy McLaughlin, a Greg Scarpa crew member. All these maniacs that I just mentioned are a part of Team America.

So back to the story... They take the nun's story and use it on me. Even though "Shitty" Miciotta has been a rat for decades and never mentioned me having any part in the slaying, or being involved in any way. The whole purpose of linking my name to the nun killing was for me to get negative press. Not to mention the hate of the potential jurors. I have lived in New York all of my life and I have never before seen the headlines of a story tower over the name of the newspaper (The New York Daily News) as in the case of the nun story.

So no, the judge did not do me a favor by not allowing this bit of bullshit at my trial. It has already served the prosecution's purpose of slander and deceit. I would have welcomed the chance of a full vindication. I can't wait to divulge Dino "Hemorrhoids" Calabro's uncharged crimes. Maybe I will give them to a reporter a few days in advance. They are certainly headline worthy. Is there anyone home at The Times, The Post, Newsday, or Village Voice?

Before I close I would just like to say that this nun, retired nun, or whatever title the press or the Feds want to use on her when they mention me, is referred to as a female bystander at Shitty Micciotta's sentencing (they must protect their rats)! In any case, you can see by the life that she chose as a nun, social worker, etc., that she was a kind, caring, and compassionate person; a real gift to society who did not deserve to die in the safety of her own home. I weep for her. I weep for her loved ones. I weep for our community to have such a kind, unselfish, neighbor die in such a horrible fashion. It's atrocious.

I weep not out of guilt. I weep not out of remorse, because I state once again that I had nothing to do with, or any knowledge of the killing of this nun, or any of the other homicides that were committed by Team America. I weep because my heart breaks for her loss and our loss. I am innocent. "Shitty" Sally Micciotta knows that I am innocent. The FBI knows that I am innocent, and the prosecutor knows that I am innocent. This story is just part of a dirty strategy enacted by my government and Elizabeth Geddes at the US Attorney's office to ensure my conviction.

Our once greatest Justice System in the world has been turned into an evil, corrupt tool for power hungry bureaucrats and the like. This once great system that was built on truth and justice for all is now thriving on lies, deceit, and prejudice. Only a united, equal, American people can save it.

A quick post about Sleezy Curtis Sliwa:
You got caught lying again! It was a little hard for me to understand your apology to Mr James Cann because you were eating so much shit that it must have been hard for you to talk. I did understand that you admitted lying again. Your whole show is just a bunch of lies. If you can't give the respect to your audience to tell them true and accurate accounts of the events you choose to comment on then just shut up! If you wanted to lie for a living then you should have gone to work for the US Attorneys office as a prosecutor. You owe yourself and your audience the dignity of the truth at all times and in every story you comment on.

Save America: Vote a lawyer out of office

Liar Liar

The first part of this post is written to Frank Morano. Frank, it's obvious that your passion for and defense of justice is genuine. I commend you for this and I thank you for coming to my defense when possible. I am disappointed that you did not dedicate any portion of your hour to justice. I do understand your limitations in working for Fox. They acquiesce to law enforcement at every opportunity. Like Sleazy Sliwa, Fox and the FBI understand the value of a one-sided argument. They can't lose. When Fox boasts that it's "fair and balanced" it's like the dope-fiend swearing on his mother's life. They're full of shit. Thanks for trying. Maybe in the future you'll have enough juice to be allowed to present the truth.

Next up is Sleazy. Your callous lack of respect at my Dad's passing has caused me to resume my accurate verbal attacks upon you. You are a self-hating, psychopathic liar. Your whole career is made up of well documented lies; from false police reports, to your many wives, it's all one big charade. I'll deal with the falsehoods you tell about me first. When my father died and I requested to go to the funeral home or gravesite, I was denied by the judge. They wanted me to go to the courthouse in Central Islip and view him in the garage. I refused that very day. I have enough joyful memories of my father and I will not tarnish them with the government's barbaric ritual of saying my last goodbye in a filthy garage. You claim that you stopped this viewing from happening. You stopped nothing. You are a nothing with no power. Next, when I was busy a couple of weeks ago, you rushed to your microphone to announce that you, with all you power, had my blogging stopped. The only thing that will stop is your unanswered attacks on people. I will answer all of your attacks with the truth, and you will never shut down my blog. Third, you say I'm in protective custody, a lie. I'm on a regular floor in regular population which is something that you are well aware of. Stop lying!! I started to go easy on you because I noticed how fragile you became over your sexuality. You made Jeffrey Lichtman come in early one Saturday to verify your manhood. Really, to bring a heterosexual man to vouch that you are heterosexual is almost obscene. Then I understood. It's your livelihood that you are worried about. Your whole empire is based on you being a man's man, a tough guy, a vigilante. Another charade. But don't worry, when you come out the gay community will accept you. You can be the next Rosie O'Donnell, or the next Richard Simmons with your own workout tape, perfect for you.

I've been told by a confidential informant, whose information has been deemed true and accurate by another confidential informant, who was involved in the attempted murder of your private parts. So I'll tell you what I'll do with you. If you admit, on the air, to all of the lies you told about me... and if you come out of the closet, I'll tell you exactly who was in the car when you got your ass shot. I'll give you a hint so you know that I'm serious... R.G., B.K., and in the getaway car was J.P.

Just one last thought, your advance deal with the mayor of Paterson, New Jersey enabled him to lay off 125 cops. If you did not assure the mayor that your thugs would take up the slack for the officers, he would have never been in a position to lay the cops off. You always had it in for the men and women in blue.

Thoughts...

Here are some thoughts that are covered under my rights of free speech. I am aware that my written thoughts are being examined by the BOP, the FBI and the US Attorney's office but they are legal and I will share them with all.

Just a couple of issues for Sleazy Curtis Sliwa:
For those of you who didn't hear his Saturday morning show, a brief update: Sleazy threw a few third grade insults at me and then he said that I was thrown into the hole (23 hour lock-up) at my own behest. He said that the story of the telephone death threat on my life was probably a ruse on my behalf so I would feel safe in the hole. That's a lie. I am a man and safe wherever I am. When they informed my lawyer that I was in the hole because of an outside phone threat on my life, we pushed the authorities for the results of the investigation. When they would not comply with our requests we asked the magistrate judge to obtain the results of the investigation because while I was locked in the hole all of my legal work mysteriously went missing. So to say that I was a little suspicious of the death threat is an understatement. I know that the threat was bull shit and it came from law enforcement so they could have unfetted access to my paperwork and my strategies. To this day many of my legal papers have still not been returned. I wanted to know who was scrutinizing my legal materials. The magistrate said that even if he pursued the source of the threat and discovered that it came from the prosecutor's office, there was nothing he could do. If he can't, then who can? Maybe you Sleazy!! I challenge you to find out where the call originated from, or who was behind me being thrown into the hole. Come on Curtis! A man of your power and connections; it will be easy for you to get results. Prove me wrong!

Now I would just like to state for the record on my blog and on the Sleazy Curtis Sliwa show (if Frank will be kind enough to read it) that I do not wish any physical harm to come to Curtis Sliwa or anybody else. I know that Sleazy keeps saying that I am threatening him, that I want to hurt him, and I am sending signals to some unseen, unnamed, unknown goon, but this is a slanderous lie that is untrue. I think that Sleazy is trying to do me physical harm. He has said numerous times on the radio that he wants me dead. He has even said how he wants to kill me; diabetic shock! I think he might be sending a message to one of his junior angels; you know the ones that don't have wings just tight jeans the way Sleazy likes. Maybe to make Curtis happy, they'd do me bodily harm or maybe the junior angel is just an idiot and he brags to his friends that he's gonna hurt T.G. for Curtis. Now this gets picked up by an FBI bug that some drug-dealing rat had strapped to his tail at a Guardian Angel party. Now a zealous agent who just happens to not like red berets hears it and brings it to a very ambitious, extremely ruthless, unscrupulous Assistant US Attorney who just happens to have dreams of being a mayor. Curtis Sliwa is a well known name. They could get plenty of headlines arresting a big name like that. Then they start digging and they come up with an ex-angel who just happens to be facing charges of murder and rape; serious charges but he has no big name and no media draw. So at the FBI's prodding, he remembers that 30 years ago he helped Sleazy Curtis beat a guy to death. He also remembers that Curtis got a hundred dollars in tribute from one of the stores that he protects.

Voila, RICO! Murder, murder conspiracy, and extortion. You say that it's obvious that the guy is lying and he is just trying to get out of his own troubles. His charges don't matter. He's on Team America and the government says he's a new man and he must tell the truth because the government has a contract with him and the contract says he can't lie. You say that the murder conspiracy of T.G. won't stick because Curtis never knew that the moron was plotting to kill Tommy Gioeli and bragging about it but that doesn't matter. This is RICO. You don't even have to have knowledge of a crime let alone commit it. You just have to be in the same enterprise (The Guardian Angels). But surely the extortion is out. It's too old and the witnesses that Curtis could have called to say it was just a Christmas present and not tribute are dead, moved away, or just don't remember. The statute of limitations must come into play with the extortion. It doesn't matter. This is RICO. The government can go back as long as the Guardian Angels go back. Thirty years old is nothing for RICO. There are no constitutional protections here. This is RICO, the law designed to slay Italians. This fantasy is my reality.

As much as I don't want to, I have to direct this blog to Sleazy Curtis Sliwa. So here goes... I have learned from a confidential source, who has been very accurate in the past, and has been verified by other confidential sources that they are choosing Doogie Howser to play Sliwa's role in the upcoming Gotti movie (Bravo! Great casting!)

The second thing is about how I am able to exercise my right to free speech. I am housed in a high-security detention center called MDC Brooklyn. I can assure you that nothing passes back and forth in the visiting room, not even napkins. The professional correction officers do an outstanding job of keeping the detention center free of contraband. I hand-write my blog and then send it by snail mail or email to be entered onto the computer. It is thoroughly reviewed by prison officials and prosecutors for any hint of illegality. Naturally, there is none.

The next thing is that I have never had a hit list. So you, Sleazy, are not on my hit list. You are on my shit list.

Another thing, no matter how many times you spout on the air waves that Mike Yannotti shot you, it's just not true. He is innocent. That's why the prosecution could not convict him of your shooting at trial.

The last issue that I will just touch on (because it is so serious that it deserves its own, and will get its own post in the very near future) is, the upcoming death penalty case of Vinny Basciano. It is a real blemish to the justice system of America. First of all, Vinny is already serving a life sentence for a prior conviction. He will never get out of prison, nor will he be in a position of being a danger to anyone. For the government to spend many more millions to get the same result of Vinny Basciano dying in prison is ludicrous. Why go through the expense and strain on the court system for jurors who must vote to put a man to death? Not because he is the worst of the worst (as is the criteria in death penalty cases) but because he is a white man. The Eastern District has been shamefully approving too many minorities for the death penalty and not enough white men. That's right, the two men who were going to save America from the bloodthirsty right-wing conservatives are going to kill Vinny Basciano because it is politically correct. How about we stop killing our citizens based on what they look like. Barack Obama and Eric Holder, you should be ashamed of yourselves. When a government starts to kill its citizens, it's dangerous. When a government starts to kill its citizens to come up with a politically correct statistic, it's tyranny. The tortures continue, the wars continue. And you continue to selectively kill your own citizens. You don't bring justice, you don't bring truth. You bring tears to the eyes of the Statue of Liberty.

Curtis "Sleazy" Sliwa

Today's post is about that one man commercial who will endorse any product as long as they have the ability to pay (Sleazy Curtis Sliwa). My awareness of Sleazy goes back to when he was calling in fake robberies and playing the part of the super hero by saving the day. When the cops finally figured out that it was all a sham to bring publicity to his mob of goons "The Guardian Angels." The men and women in blue hated him for his antics. His antics were taking them away from real crime fighting. I found him annoying. Then I ran into his goons in Grand Central Station where they were shaking down tourists for tips. His organization was soliciting money and gifts from mom and pop stores in rough neighborhoods to protect them from the local scumbags and dope fiends. They didn't take envelopes stuffed with cash, they played the non-profit game. The angels need new berets, the angels need a new clubhouse, and so on, and so on. Protection for payment equals extortion? I found him disgusting. From there he got a media push and popped up on radio and television. He took his queues from Bob Grant and spouted racist bullshit and hate on everyone. I was distracted and didn't care. Then he attacked me personally. I tried to pay no attention but the attacks continued. I decided to reply by supporting him for public office. After all the only people who make a career out of lying are politicians and Sleazy. Maybe he could be the next Mussolini or better yet, his army of kneebreakers in quasi-uniforms spouting hate could make him a perfect Hitler. Didn't he advocate children telling the government on their parents? He said it on Saturday's show. He would tell the government on his own father (Nazi youth, Sliwa youth, it rings true). Do you think he is dangerous or a blowhard? I say he's a blowhard with the potential to be very dangerous with his ready made militia.
