Indicted, Arrested & Held on what Assistant US Attorney Now Calls False Testimony

I just read Gangland's year-end review of how the murderers, rapists, drug dealers and child molesters from the FBI's rat squad (better known as Team America) fared as they faced the judges to answer to their multiple crimes and lives of greed and power. They all received government love taps with some getting time-served, even though they remained out on bail for the entire time they were ratting. Imagine that, time-served by doing NO TIME.

Well anyway, the story that really caught my attention was that of Anthony (Toothpicks) Basile. You see, "Toothpicks" was the first cooperator that the FBI used against me. He is the reason why I was arrested. They used his outright lies to arrest me and my codefendants, and to hold us without bail. So I was really amazed to read that the lead prosecutor in my case Elizabeth (Lizzy the Liar) Geddes shows up at Basile's sentencing and demands that he receive a life sentence for a murder that he was found guilty of. Rather than begging for leniency for her star rat (like she did for other rats), she states that he lied to the feds--he gave them useless information, helped to convict no one, smuggled illegal drugs into prison, had two cooperation agreements torn up and much, much more. So she demands that he receive life.

So what I wanted to know is why "Lizzy the Liar" went into the grand jury and convinced them to indict me and my codefendants from the testimony of Anthony Basile. After she indicted us for a slew of serious crimes she then petitions Washington and succeeds in getting us hit with the death penalty, all on perjured testimony!! Let me just shout this part so everyone can hear me-- AUSA ELIZABETH GEDDES WAS NOW TRYING TO EXECUTE US FOR CRIMES THAT AT SOME POINT EARLY ON IN THIS PROCESS SHE KNEW TO BE UNTRUE. How twisted on power is that?

Now when it was clear and she was certain that we were being held on death penalty charges that were bogus (and before she goes to the grand jury to get a new indictment obtained from evidence that she believes to be at least partly true) why didn't she have said charges (from Basile's untrue testimony) dismissed? Why didn't she at least withdraw her opposition for bail until she could put together a real case? Why did she not remove the DEATH PENALTY part? No this ugly bitch with the secrets of the grand jury and the power of a corrupt justice system toyed with our lives like a cat with a mouse.

Now will this corrupt Assistant United States Attorney or any of her coconspirators ever be punished for their crimes against their citizens? No. They have been and will continue to be rewarded for their crimes because this is the way they do business in the US Attorney's Office. Much like Valerie Caproni who completely aborted justice. She hid evidence, told lies of guilt against men she knew were innocent and allowed the guilty to remain free to keep killing. For all of this treachery she was rewarded by being made the Chief Counsel to the FBI! And today she has the dubious distinction of being the most dishonorable judge on the federal bench. You see her greatest reward up until now was to be appointed to a Federal District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. All of these crimes were committed in the interest of putting a few innocent Italian Americans in prison for life.

The actions of the Justice Department (judges, prosecutors, FBI) are dwarfed only by the sheer volume of the crimes committed during the Holocaust, the Inquisition and the Salem Witch Hunt. The prosecutors intent is certainly just as vile as those in power during those horrendous times in history: to destroy a targeted group of people, guilty or not.

Our government has succeeded in destroying my life and the lives of many other innocent men and women. They have done this by breaking all of their own rules and by stripping us of most of our constitutional protections that were designed to protect us from such government tactics. One day the truth will end their careers and if not it will tarnish their legacy.

AUSA Ellen Corcella, FBI Agents Chris Favo and Jeff Tomlinson, FBI cooperators Frank (Blue Eyes) Sparaco and Greg Scarpa Jr. and many other government employees know the truth of the Justice Department's Second Circuit in the Eastern District of New York and their clandestine attack on Italian Americans and one day they will speak. The people must know the true nature of the officers of this court. May God and honorable men protect our nation.

Unequal Justice

This post is about the unequal justice that is carried out in the halls of justice, the investigative agencies and the media. This week we were notified of the termination of the investigation into the rape of a young woman by Greg Kelly, news anchor and the New York City police Commissioner's son. While I was genuinely happy that the investigation was terminated with no charges brought, we can never know if Greg Kelly is truly innocent... or, as a member of the power class, he felt it was his birth right to have his way with any woman who shares a drink with him (like so many men in another prominent Boston clan).

I'm going to highlight the difference between the way a regular citizen and a member of NY's royalty are treated. Approximately 3 months after the incident an accusation of rape was made against Mr. Kelly by a female paralegal, in person, at the local police station. The case was promptly turned over to the Manhattan D.A.'s office. The media quickly picked up on the story and in unison reminded the public that their colleague was innocent until proven guilty. The press made much a due about the delay and how the victim must be lying or she would have told her tale immediately.

Approximately 20 years after the incident, an anonymous letter made accusations of murder against Tommy Gioeli. The letter crossed the Nassau D.A.'s desk, a grand jury was convened and a prompt arrest was made. The media from NY to Hong Kong quickly picked up on the story and in unison informed the public that I am particularly vicious, bestowed an FBI nickname upon me and reported one vile lie after another. They ragged on my clothes, my teeth, my health and my toe nails. They even started to bully my family and friends.

The police and the press started to sway public opinion in Greg Kelly's's favor by facts/lies/rumors that were leaked to them by his father's subordinates. She sexted him after the rape. Her fiance forced her to report the rape. She never had an abortion. She was in debt and needed money. What ever negative lies the NYPD could not leak about the young lady, Kelly's cronies at Fox News picked up the slack. She did this before. She's a gold digger. She's a drunk and so on and so forth.

The FBI and the press swayed public opinion against me by lies/rumors. They made me a crime boss; they even said I killed a nun. They hid the facts, including the fact that the anonymous letter was 20 years old and written by an FBI informant, Frank (Blue Eyes) Sparaco. They also hid the fact that Sparaco has written several anonymous letters, all naming different people as the murderer in the same homicides. Then they hid Frankie Sparaco from me and pleaded with the judge not to allow me to mention him at my trial. They are mute to the fact that no witness mentions my name at their Grand Jury. They have spent over 30 years and enough millions to feed the world's hungry, and still have no evidence against me. They arrested me anyway, gave me no bail, and built a frame based on the fabrications of a rogue agent (Scott "the Seducer" Curtis) and two death penalty eligible maniacs.

Within a few weeks Greg Kelly was exonerated. The investigation complete and the NYPD and Fox media were doing the koombayaa together.

After nearly 4 years in prison with no bail, the FBI is still trying to make a case against me. My prosecutor, my Judge and my country still allow this charade to continue. Why didn't the investigation stop at my arrest? Why were they allowed to use the death penalty as a tactic to delay my trial while they tried to build a case against me? Why am I persecuted in my own country that is a symbol of freedom worldwide? I demand my freedom! I want justice, not tricks and treachery. I am not a Mobster. I am an American citizen!!

A Justice Department of Criminals

As I write this post I am a little sad and extremely angry because as I view this mountain of myths that the prosecutors call evidence it is totally apparent that I should have never been arrested, let alone charged and held without bail for over three years. There is nothing but innuendo and the rantings of liars and maniacs who have everything to gain and nothing to lose by pointing their dirty, snot-caked fingers at me. As treacherous as that is, I expect it from those lowlifes. It is self-preservation for them. They behave like the abominations that they are named for; the things that feast on the underbellies of their victims. They are rats: water rats, subway rats, sewer rats; and they will do anything to survive. For them, to lie and sacrifice me, or their own mothers, means nothing. I understand their behavior, however vile it may be.

What I do not and cannot understand is how AUSA Elizabeth Geddes and AUSA Cristina Posa can allow this charade to continue. Do they allow this because the power and total control intoxicates them? Are they acting out of a blind sense of duty like the prosecutors in the Salem witch-hunts who thought they were doing God’s work when they burned innocent people to death? I wonder, if they were criminally liable for their actions would they have such a cavalier attitude about framing American citizens; or are they just born dirty like maggots?

The next group of ruthless criminals that work in collusion with the prosecutors are just as ruthless and a bit more vicious. They are the so-called “Colombo Squad” of the FBI whose outrageous criminal conduct dates back to the early sixties when Greg (the Grim Reaper) Scarpa, and his FBI handlers, kidnapped and tortured an American citizen so that the FBI could question him without affording him his constitutional protections. The Grim Reaper then moved on to murder and mayhem of the more conventional kind with the help of FBI Agent Lindley DeVecchio.

With Agent DeVecchio’s help, Scarpa slaughtered and killed to protect his criminal activities. Finally, just before his death, Scarpa used this unholy alliance to solidify his valued position as top echelon criminal information for the FBI. During the FBI-Scarpa War, Scarpa used this position as an FBI criminal informant to secure guns, to obtain addresses of the safe houses used by his targets, and even had FBI surveillance removed from his victims so he could swoop in for the kill. All the while, FBI Agent DeVecchio was supervising these killings. Meanwhile AUSA Valerie Caproni was prosecuting innocent men for Scarpa’s crimes. Both Special Agent DeVecchio and AUSA Caproni were handsomely rewarded for their crimes and the cover up that followed. DeVecchio was made FBI Chief of the Detroit Office and AUSA Caproni is now the Chief Counsel for the FBI. Ancient history right? Old news, could never happen again! Wrong! Dead wrong!!

Today’s “Colombo Squad” of the FBI is saturated with its own corrupt agents; headed by Seamus (The KaKa) McElearney--who is quick to ignore any illegal talks or impropriety. This in action has put bad FBI Agents such as Scott Curtis, Robert Shelhorn, and the rest of the crew of rogue agents in a position to break the law freely. They turned a book-making arrest into “Mafia Takedown Day” with a taxpayer expense of many, many millions.

The lead agent in my case, Scott Curtis, has had a perverse interest in my case from the very beginning (I now know the reason of this interest but I cannot divulge it until my trial). This interest has caused him to fabricate evidence, commit perjury (both in affidavits and on the stand), threaten witnesses, accept stolen property and bring utterly untrue charges against me.

The rest of this gallery of rogue agents are guilty of the same criminal behavior. Some more, some less, and very few none at all. Up until this point what kept my faith in this premiere law enforcement agency was my belief that an honest and unimpeachable FBI Agent such as Agent Christopher Favo, or Agent Jeffrey Tomlinson, who helped to expose the DeVecchio scandal was still around and would end this madness.

So, you can imagine my complete shock and disillusionment when I first read the news that Frank Sparaco was a rat and then read a “Gangland News” article from 10-13-11 and discovered that FBI Agent Favo is the agent who signed a deal with this demon, Frank Sparaco. He signed this agreement with the sacrificial blood of the innocent men that Frank Sparaco blamed his homicides on. What anonymous tips, phone calls, and letters did Sparaco or his handlers circulate with innocent names in place of the real killer’s name, Frank Sparaco. How much evidence from crime scenes did Sparaco plant, or give to Favo and other FBI agents to plant, with a phony story attached about an innocent man committing the crime so that they could protect their “witness” Sparaco? Or any of a million different scenarios. Who was his handling agent? DeVecchio? When did he start proffering? How much was he paid? Where is he now? Maybe I can call him as my witness.

When Agent Scott Curtis questioned Sparaco about my involvement with the murders, did he answer truthfully and say that I had no involvement? It’s like when the FBI gave the alleged participant in the Minerva murders immunity for the murders if he told the truth, he did tell the truth that I was not involved with the murders in any way. They couldn’t arrest him for the murders because of his immunity, so they arrested him on “Mafia Takedown Day” for lying to the FBI. Anyone who verifies my innocence becomes a victim of the FBI’s wrath. Now they want to keep these facts from the jury. Why?

So beware believers in true justice. Give the answers that the inquisitors want; you will be safe and they will be a little more powerful. Don’t tell the truth; you will be safe and they will be a little more corrupt. Watch your innocent brothers die in jail; you will be safe and they will be tyrants!

Tales of a Speedy, Fair Trial

Today's post is about the new dirty tactics that AUSA Elizabeth Geddes and AUSA Christina Posa want to employ at my upcoming trial in an attempt to deceive the jury into convicting me. On 9/12/11 they submitted a motion to the judge to have certain evidence admitted at trial, while at the same time they ask to have other evidence omitted. This dynamic duo of illusion wants the judge to lay down a foundation of fraud by preventing me from bringing in the facts that the FBI's criminal informants work for the FBI.

They have the audacity to say that if the jury knows that Greg (the Grim Reaper) Scarpa and Frank (Blues Eyes) Sparaco worked for the FBI it would unfairly prejudice the jury against the government. Ha! How about the government just stops employing homicidal maniacs? It is not like this is an isolated incident; this dealing with the Devil is the status quo when it comes to the FBI.

These two lunatics (Scarpa and Sparaco) have killed a school bus full of people combined. That's a fact! Then, they blamed the murders that they committed on innocent people. That's a fact! The FBI chose to employ them as criminal informants. That's a fact! They committed the majority of their murders while they were working for the FBI. That's a fact! Their FBI handler helped them to commit some of these murders. That's a fact! AUSA Geddes and AUSA Posa are trying to use some of these criminal informants' self-serving statements and manufactured evidence to send me to prison for the rest of my life. That's a fact! For the judge to make a decision that bans these facts from the jury's knowledge is to shatter the scales of justice entirely.

Their next witches brew of deceit begins with the original indictment. Again these two, AUSA Geddes and AUSA Posa try to have truthful facts concealed from the jury. In the original indictment, Dino (Hemorrhoids) Calabro was charged with the murder of Carlos Pagan, a security guard who was slain on the job. Joe (Caves) Competiello was charged with the murder of Frank Marasa, allegedly over the slight of a teenaged girl. They say that the defense should not be allowed to reference these charges because Hemorrhoids and Caves have denied them. I deny my charges too, maybe the judge should also bar the jury from hearing my charges.

Geddes and Posa also do not want to let the jury know that the original indictment, like the current one, is a phony and as I suspect was brought into play for the purpose of the arrest. No bail so the torture could begin, the death penalty kick in, and the guilty lineup to save their own ass by sacrificing the innocent. If they did not want the original indictment presented to the jury because it was flawed, then they should have used more care and caution before they ruined peoples lives with a phony indictment. In the meantime, it did happen. It is a fact and the jury should be aware of all of the FACTS; not the uncharged crimes that are little more than fairytales that they cajoled the judge into allowing at trial.

If the judge rules in favor of these prosecutors, the Halls of Justice will crumble. For these two, AUSA Geddes and AUSA Posa, to rely on sympathetic rulings and not facts to win cases is a disgrace. They are quickly becoming the shame of the Justice Department. May they just as quickly change course and bring honor to all the reputations involved. I hope so, all they must do is allow the facts to decide the case instead of trickery. I am not afraid of the true facts so why are they?

On a different note, as I sit in my cell writing this post I am listening to Wins news on the radio. Iran just granted bail for two Americans. I am happy for them and I am happy for their loved ones. That a nation of no laws, run by fanatics, has the compassion to give two of my countrymen bail is amazing. I must ask after more than three years, with no trial, where is my bail AUSA Geddes or Posa?? Forget that, I already know; the bleeding of the bull continues.
