Unequal Justice
This post is about the unequal justice that is carried out in the halls of justice, the investigative agencies and the media. This week we were notified of the termination of the investigation into the rape of a young woman by Greg Kelly, news anchor and the New York City police Commissioner's son. While I was genuinely happy that the investigation was terminated with no charges brought, we can never know if Greg Kelly is truly innocent... or, as a member of the power class, he felt it was his birth right to have his way with any woman who shares a drink with him (like so many men in another prominent Boston clan).
I'm going to highlight the difference between the way a regular citizen and a member of NY's royalty are treated. Approximately 3 months after the incident an accusation of rape was made against Mr. Kelly by a female paralegal, in person, at the local police station. The case was promptly turned over to the Manhattan D.A.'s office. The media quickly picked up on the story and in unison reminded the public that their colleague was innocent until proven guilty. The press made much a due about the delay and how the victim must be lying or she would have told her tale immediately.
Approximately 20 years after the incident, an anonymous letter made accusations of murder against Tommy Gioeli. The letter crossed the Nassau D.A.'s desk, a grand jury was convened and a prompt arrest was made. The media from NY to Hong Kong quickly picked up on the story and in unison informed the public that I am particularly vicious, bestowed an FBI nickname upon me and reported one vile lie after another. They ragged on my clothes, my teeth, my health and my toe nails. They even started to bully my family and friends.
The police and the press started to sway public opinion in Greg Kelly's's favor by facts/lies/rumors that were leaked to them by his father's subordinates. She sexted him after the rape. Her fiance forced her to report the rape. She never had an abortion. She was in debt and needed money. What ever negative lies the NYPD could not leak about the young lady, Kelly's cronies at Fox News picked up the slack. She did this before. She's a gold digger. She's a drunk and so on and so forth.
The FBI and the press swayed public opinion against me by lies/rumors. They made me a crime boss; they even said I killed a nun. They hid the facts, including the fact that the anonymous letter was 20 years old and written by an FBI informant, Frank (Blue Eyes) Sparaco. They also hid the fact that Sparaco has written several anonymous letters, all naming different people as the murderer in the same homicides. Then they hid Frankie Sparaco from me and pleaded with the judge not to allow me to mention him at my trial. They are mute to the fact that no witness mentions my name at their Grand Jury. They have spent over 30 years and enough millions to feed the world's hungry, and still have no evidence against me. They arrested me anyway, gave me no bail, and built a frame based on the fabrications of a rogue agent (Scott "the Seducer" Curtis) and two death penalty eligible maniacs.
Within a few weeks Greg Kelly was exonerated. The investigation complete and the NYPD and Fox media were doing the koombayaa together.
After nearly 4 years in prison with no bail, the FBI is still trying to make a case against me. My prosecutor, my Judge and my country still allow this charade to continue. Why didn't the investigation stop at my arrest? Why were they allowed to use the death penalty as a tactic to delay my trial while they tried to build a case against me? Why am I persecuted in my own country that is a symbol of freedom worldwide? I demand my freedom! I want justice, not tricks and treachery. I am not a Mobster. I am an American citizen!!

A Proposition...
As you already know the FBI & the US Attorney's office have been exerting immense power trying to alter the fact that FBI Agent Scott (the Seducer) Curtis has been having inappropriate contact with Andrea (Heda) Calabro. They have called upon their cronies to start the rumor that Heda Calabro and Scott (the Seducer) have not had any improper contact, sexual or otherwise.
Well, I have a solution. While not admissible in a court of law, it is the perfect tool for dispelling rumors, half truths, and full blown lies (a polygraph exam). I will take a lie detector test regarding any of the uncharged murders that my government is going to introduce at my trial to convince the jury that I am guilty. They will try and prove this guilt with the sheer volume of charges that have nothing to do with me, not the true facts or true witnesses that exonerate me. So, to dispel their lies, I will take a lie detector test regarding any of the homicides that the government considers to be the window dressing used to poison the public against me.
Finally, I will take a lie detector test regarding the fact that I did not kill Abe Reles, Jimmy Hoffa, or Bambi's mother. I will answer two questions in regard to all of these crimes:
1. I did not have any role in the slaying of (enter name here)
2. I had no prior knowledge of the murder of (enter name here)
After the test proves my innocence, the government should not be allowed to taint the jury with these uncharged crimes. The media should be directed to stop inflaming the public with the lies of crimes that I did not commit.
FBI Agent Scott (the Seducer) Curtis must take a lie detector test and answer one simple question:
1. Did you have inappropriate contact (sexual or otherwise) with Andrea (Heda) Calabro?

Freedom of Speech
The FBI and the US Attorney's office have been exerting immense influence and trying to alter the facts that FBI Agent Scott (the Seducer) Curtis has been having inappropriate contact with Andrea (Heda) Calabro. They would also rather my blog not exist and will stop at nothing to silence me. AUSA Christina (the Prune) Posa has threatened to use selected snippets of my blog to bolster her quest for my conviction. Her letter containing this threat insighted my lawyers to race up to the Metropolitan Detention Center and chastise me about my blog. The blog has been a sore point between myself and my counsel since its inception.
What has AUSA Posa the Prune's bloomers in a knot is that in my last post, while I was describing Heda Calabro's wifely duties to her serial killer husband Dino(Hemorrhoids) Calabro, I violated the secret order that was in place. OOPS! My bad. As I explained to my attorneys: AUSA (the Prune) Posner and AUSA Liz (the Liar) Geddes arranged a Kodak moment for Joe (Cave) Competiello, head bowed at the appropriate angle as to convey sadness, street shirt and two days of stubble on his face to portray depression as well as sadness for his dastardly deed (what a farce!)... then this duo of deceit had this photograph of Joe (Cave) Competiello placed on a full page of the NY Daily News accompanied by a remorseful story peppered with what is unquestionably evidence protected by the same secretive order.
I must ask the Prosecutors and the Judge who issued the order alike: Why must I comply with this protective order while the prosecution and their witnesses do not? Did this counsel of liars forget equal justice under the law? Or in today's America is that just a fairytale?
Take notice that in none of the letters that the prosecution sends, in none of their whining to the judge, nor in any of their media stories that they print to counter my blog do they say that any of the statements that I make are a lie.

The Banker's Manifesto
We [the bankers] must proceed with caution and guard every move made, for the lower order of people are already showing signs of restless commotion. History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principle men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism. The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican party. By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete actions, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.
This was revealed to Congress by Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh Sr. somewhere between 1907 and 1917. The forces of capitalism continue to operate by this Banker's Manifesto today.

Agent Scott the Seducer
Andrea Calabro is the Heda Nussbaum of team America. When she was in her teens, her father was trying to sexually violate her. He was trying to have his wife (Andrea's mother, Sharon) arrange this incest. This moraless dope addict was so persistent that Sharon left him and went to live with relatives in South Africa. This left Andrea in a tough spot with her father still looking to rape her. She took a risk to get away from him for good and laid with her boyfriend Dino (Hemorrhoids) Calabro, got pregnant, and trapped him into marrying her. She was ecstatic; he was miserable. He was living large, had another girl pregnant, and had more girls on the side. The last thing he wanted to be was married. She needed to be a mommy with the man that she loved, and away from the lecher (her father) immediately. Two opposing mind sets. The resentment and the beatings from Calabro started at once. He even threw her down the stairs while she was pregnant carrying his first child. She became the target of all of his fury.
She ran home to her mother and father for a while but her father's touching and drunken pursuits soon chased her back into the arms of the animal Calabro. She was caught between two beasts. As time went on the beatings got less. Hemorrhoids was releasing his rage on his friends and enemies alike by murdering them. Her father would still try and grab a piece every time he was drunk or stoned. She would hide from him at family weddings and parties, or stand near the older women for protection. She couldn't let Hemorrhoids know of her father's behavior because it would mean certain death for him.
Life started to settle into a comfortable lifestyle for her. She "raised" her children. She put up with the maniac's moods, washing some murder scene blood off his clothing every once in a while and spending the millions of dollars that he gave her. Yeah, life was getting good for her, or at least better than it had been. Then came June 2008. The front door of her house came crashing down. F.B.I. agents were running through all of the rooms. They secured her husband with guns and handcuffs. They removed him to another area of the house. Although there are many women FBI agents, male agents made her rise from her bed more nude than clothed. She was terrified. She was ashamed. She was excited! One of the agents wouldn't avert his eyes and stared at her nakedness lustfully. Later she asked the women that she told her story to not to let her husband know that the leering agent had seen her nude. That was the night she met the next Tyrant in her life. She had seen him before when he had surveilled her and her husband. He even came to the house once trying to get Hemorrhoids to join team America way back when. But the night of the raid she felt him, she felt the power that came with his badge and gun. He had taken the monster she loved, the monster who controlled her every thought, the most powerful demigod in her world and dragged him out like a whining school girl.
The new most powerful man in Andrea Calabro's life was, you guessed it, FBI Agent in charge, Scott (the Seducer) Curtis. He had three objectives that night. One, was the arrest of Hemorrhoids Calabro. The next was the seduction of Andrea, and the third was to frame me. The first was accomplished, the second had begun, and the third was dependent on the first two. This master of mental manipulation used all of the techniques he learned at West Point and from the FBI to first cow and then conquer Andrea Calabro. He made up reasons for dropping by her house. He stalked her after court appearances. It got so bad that her lawyer confronted him and asked him to stop on two occasions. The second time Agent Curtis so thoroughly intimidated the lawyer that the lawyer (to no avail) filed a formal complaint to AUSA Liz (the Liar) Geddes about this improper contact. The stalking continued. It was easy for Scott (the Seducer) to get into her psyche and then into her pants. Finally, he brought her into his conspiracy to frame me. He convinced her to steal family pictures and phone books from my home under the guise that she had taken them mistakenly. Will his criminal behavior and abuse of power ever be stopped? When will public servants answer to the public?
The FBI and AUSA Liz (the Liar) Geddes have tried to stop me from writing about this subject. The only thing that could have stopped me is my consideration for the Calabro children. Since it was their cries for help that first brought this seduction to my attention, this post will help rather than hurt them.
From the evidence I've gathered about this matter, I'm sure that Dino (Hemorrhoids) Calabro knows about the behavior between his wife and Agent Curtis and condones anything that would help him get out of jail sooner. The power of an FBI agent is immense; the power of a corrupt agent is obscene!

Liar, Liar Pants on Fire
As most of my followers already know... on the eve of my trial AUSA Elizabeth (Liz the Liar) Geddes and Special Agent Scott (the Seducer) Curtis, knowing they have no real evidence to bring me to trial, decided that they needed to manufacture more evidence, or be laughed out of the courthouse forever. So in one last desperate attempt to frame me they offered another stool pigeon his freedom.
This danger to society became a model citizen at his utterance of that magic incantation, "Tommy Gioeli did it." He was granted his freedom that very day. Hell, he was granted his freedom within hours of reciting those words. Armed with their new loathsome rat, Liz (the Liar) and Scott (the Seducer) proceeded to manipulate the grand jury, judges, witnesses, and the laws of our country in their quest of hate and revenge aimed at me. Now they own this new rat Reynolds Maragni with their total control over his freedom. They have him leading a chorus of imbeciles in New York and Florida alike with the help of a contrived grand jury investigation, a bogus grand jury subpoena, and the diabolical charm of Reynolds himself. This pied piper was able to trick, coerce, and bully people into saying what he wanted them to say. Most of them were so high on prescription tranquillizers and booze that they would have said FBI Agent Scott (the Seducer) is a good guy; I think he did get them to say that on tape. What a joke! This is their final proof against me? Just how desperate are they? Just how weak is their case? I'll answer those questions myself. They and their case are both pitiful.
Then Liz (the Liar) saunters into court and the judge challenges her about this new evidence and why they are still introducing evidence at this late a date. She lives up to her name and lies! She boldly told the judge on the record, in open court, that the evidence just popped up during the course of another investigation. Herself and Scott (the Seducer) spent many hours orchestrating this fantasy and she has the audacity to declare that, "it just popped up." Amazing! Scott (the Seducer) clearly asked a witness what he knows about Tommy Gioeli. Then, Reynolds (Shrink Wrap) Maragni, who is a government agent, interjects the name Tommy Gioeli into numerous conversations that I have nothing to do with. For this deceitful duo to trick the court into thinking that they just stumbled upon this evidence is deplorable on their part. This fabricated evidence is a tape that was created and scripted by them to enhance their extremely weak case against me. Their actions are outrageous and intolerable. They flagrantly destroy and eradicate our constitutional protections. They should be arrested, prosecuted, and made an example of. They are the symbol of tyranny that is so prevalent in our justice system today.
In closing, I would just like to say that no matter how many prayers you say to your god Lucifer, no matter how many citizens you threaten, no matter how many murderers, rape-os, and junkies you teach to say my name (by giving them their freedom from jail) Liz (the Liar) Geddes, you will never convict me because I didn't do it, I wasn't there, and I didn't know about it, ANY OF IT!! I AM INNOCENT!!!

Most of them were so high on prescription tranquillizers and booze that they would have said FBI Agent Scott (the Seducer) is a good guy; I think he did get them to say that on tape. What a joke! This is their final proof against me? Just how desperate are they? Just how weak is their case? I'll answer those questions myself. They and their case are both pitiful.
Then Liz (the Liar) saunters into court and the judge challenges her about this new evidence and why they are still introducing evidence at this late a date. She lives up to her name and lies! She boldly told the judge on the record, in open court, that the evidence just popped up during the course of another investigation. Herself and Scott (the Seducer) spent many hours orchestrating this fantasy and she has the audacity to declare that, "it just popped up." Amazing! Scott (the Seducer) clearly asked a witness what he knows about Tommy Gioeli. Then, Reynolds (Shrink Wrap) Maragni, who is a government agent, interjects the name Tommy Gioeli into numerous conversations that I have nothing to do with. For this deceitful duo to trick the court into thinking that they just stumbled upon this evidence is deplorable on their part. This fabricated evidence is a tape that was created and scripted by them to enhance their extremely weak case against me. Their actions are outrageous and intolerable. They flagrantly destroy and eradicate our constitutional protections. They should be arrested, prosecuted, and made an example of. They are the symbol of tyranny that is so prevalent in our justice system today.
In closing, I would just like to say that no matter how many prayers you say to your god Lucifer, no matter how many citizens you threaten, no matter how many murderers, rape-os, and junkies you teach to say my name (by giving them their freedom from jail) Liz (the Liar) Geddes, you will never convict me because I didn't do it, I wasn't there, and I didn't know about it, ANY OF IT!! I AM INNOCENT!!!
