My IPOD

I was just thinking about whatever happened to the ipod that the government promised to lend to me so that I am able to review the evidence against me before my trial. Then I realized that it must have been the one that the agents were using to watch porn while on the job. Or perhaps it's somewhere with my missing legal documents, radio, watch, my teeth, and my glucose monitor, etc., etc. Good job team America!

Where is Osama Bin Laden??

Stronger than yesterday,
TG

The papers keep printing these bogus stories about my Dad getting this expensive ipod like he's spoiled by the government. Realistically the government has illegally been denying my Dad the right to listen to and review all of the "evidence" they will be using against him during his trial. Since we are expected to be going to trial in the next few months and are running out of time, our lawyer suggested that the defendants be provided with ipods so that they can adequately review their case in their cells in time for trial (since they are not permitted to go downstairs and review). My family would willingly purchase my Dad an ipod, but for security reasons the government does not permit this. If my Dad had been permitted to listen to his evidence all along as the constitution requires, there would've been no discussion or need for an alternate solution such as an ipod. Anyhow everyone who objects to people having pre-trial rights which said ipod would ensure, he never even received one so "reporters" please do your homework and stop fabricating stories.

I pray for you all to be enlightened, to start behaving like true Americans, and to be blessed with compassion.

Thanks for commenting. Anyone charged with a crime in the United States deserves Constitutional Rights. The Constitution does not say "all are entitled to these rights unless they are accused of a crime." It is disgusting that the government picks and chooses when to honor the Constitution... Our soldiers in the past and today give their lives for freedom and justice for ALL, not some.

The FBI needs to start worrying about the street gangs that are out there committing all these crimes and murdering people at the drop of the hat in the middle of the streets in broad daylight. The hang out on the corners like they own the street and intimidate people as they walk by. They are much more of a threat than some 30 year old crimes. Then need to take RICO and smack these street gangs that are nothing but illegal immigrants making money from selling drugs and sending it back their country to bring in more gang members..Leave the Italians alone

Tommy, I was locked up with you in 2008-2009 in MDC Brooklyn. I know how shitty they are treating you and I hope you are doing well.I don't expect that the government will be fair and honest, as they never are. But keep your head up and stay strong.

BJ? I didn't know reviewing the government's case against you before you go to trial is considered "entitlement." It's called constitutional rights. And evidence is not always formatted into documents... His lawyer is lazy? How would you know? You obviously need to do some research before you post about things you really know nothing about. Anyhow, thanks for taking the time out to read our blog and comment.

God Bless.
