According to Doc, Parkinson's Disease is FUNNY

All that I say is true and I will not give any names except for my own because I do not wish to get anyone into trouble...

Just a tale from the Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn to keep you amused...

An old man on one of the lower floors wanted to get to the medical unit on the 8th floor. He wanted to get to the 8th floor so that he could benefit from the little bit of sunshine that you can only find on the 8th floor at MDC. When you spend years indoors you'd be surprised how good a little bit of sun can make you feel. When he saw the doctor, he asked to be sent to the medical unit so that he could feel better from the sunshine which he hadn't felt on himself in over two years. The doctor asked him why he would want to go to the 8th floor when he does not know anyone on that floor. The old man then reminded the doctor of a man with Parkinson's Disease, an Italian gentleman like him, on the 8th floor that he did in fact know quite well. With this, the doctor burst into a fit of laughter and began to tell a "joke"... He asked the old man if he had heard that the Parkinson's patient had lost his job. When the old man looked at the doctor with confusion, the doctor proceeded to make his hand into the shape of a gun and shake it back and forth violently (mimicking the uncontrollable shake of a person with Parkison's disease) all the while laughing hysterically and shouting, "Can't shoot! Can't shoot!" Meaning a person with Parkinson's would no longer be able to shoot a gun because of the violent, uncontrollable shakes that often come along with the disease. Pretty funny right? It's actually sickening. Here you have a highly educated, compassionate, leader of society showing his true malicious nature. This doctor's ridicule, not only of an ethnic group, HIS patient, but of a deadly disease as well is horrible. To make fun of the uncontrollable shaking of a person with Parkinson's Disease is just CRUEL. I dare him to tell his joke to Michael J. Fox. No, this coward will only abuse people under his control. Help us to survive these monsters.

Stop Lying...

Stop all your jawing, judge tells 'toothless' Colombo mob boss Thomas Gioeli

A fed-up Brooklyn judge warned Colombo crime boss Thomas Gioeli on Tuesday to knock off the nonstop complaining about his prison conditions.

After patiently listening to Gioeli drone on about his neck, back and dental woes, Magistrate Ramon Reyes was in no mood to entertain the gangster's allegation that guards at the Metropolitan Detention Center "robbed" his portable radio and wrist watch.

"Stop bothering me!" Reyes snapped.

"And stop bothering Judge [Brian] Cogan. We have more important things to worry about."

Gioeli, 57, looked wounded. "Than my teeth or my heart?" he asked.

"I'm talking about the radio and the watch," Reyes said, advising him to file grievances at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Reyes also refused to order prison officials to refill Gioeli's prescription for Plavix because the medical literature advises only a 12-month regimen of the blood-thinning heart med.

Gioeli, the reputed acting boss of the crime family, is charged with six gangland murders, including the fatal shooting of off-duty NYPD cop Ralph Dols.

Over the past two years, Gioeli's lawyers have filed numerous legal motions complaining about the medical treatment and prison food at the Brooklyn jail.

"I have no teeth," Gioeli said Tuesday. "I can't chew my food. I'm choking. My back is out. My knee needs replacing. It's an ongoing thing."

Again this idiot chooses to dedicate his column to my medical and legal needs. Yet again, he gets to print my alleged crimes to further taint the future jurors. I am sure his FBI handlers give him a pat on the head or the ass for that.

I am saddened that Magistrate Reyes chose to allow the government to continue their practice of deceit. For him to allow them to give their word to the court and just break it without so much as an inquiry simply astonishes me. When I mentioned my radio, the point was not about the radio, I replaced it the very week it went missing... I mentioned it because the prison's records stated that at no time did I own a radio or a watch. When they said this, I presented the receipts for both items to the courts to show that I did in fact own them. The government then SWORE to the Magistrate that they would replace my radio, watch, and the rest of my legal work, personal notebooks, and food that were stolen when they threw me into solitary confinement. Now when I bring it to the courts attention that none of my stuff has been found, or replaced he dismisses it as trivial. The last time he said that my legal work, personal notes, and strategies may be a 4th amendment issue, now they're not important. For officers of the court to blatantly lie and deceive the court without so much as a word from the court is a disgrace. When the whole world looks to our justice system as an example only to find that it is full of lies and manipulation, it's shameful.

When I first went before the Magistrate I was in solitary confinement (the hole) because of a phony death threat against me from an outside phone call made to the prison. For my "protection" I was in an observation cell with a tie down bed, no place to sit, no utensils, no cup to drink from, etc., to cause maximum discomfort to me. When I asked the Magistrate to investigate where this phony threat came from, he said even if he found out that it was false, there was nothing he could do about it. When I expressed concern for the safety of my family from this so called person who threatened my life, the prosecutors laughed and my concerns were deemed ridiculous. So while I was locked in solitary confinement, all of my personal notes, legal documents, etc., on how to prove my innocence were in the hands of the prosecutors to pick through at their will.

When I told Magistrate Reyes that the BOP doctor at MDC said that I do in fact need my heart medication, and that the doctor from Washington (who said I do not, and did not examine me) was following government orders and was only concerned with money, Magistrate Reyes said that he would "not go there."

So my conclusion is that the courts are just an illusion for the people who never need them. Much like the Wizard of Oz... once you're there, it's all Bullshit.

For the people who don't believe me, it's all in the court records.

Obsessed Much...

"Wimp wiseguy Thomas Gioeli goes on medication strike because pill dispenser doesn't wear gloves

He survived a mob war, but Colombo boss Thomas (Tommy Shots) Gioeli is a scaredy-cat when it comes to germs.

The feds say Gioeli has the blood of six gangland slayings on his hands, but the jailed Colombo crime boss has gone on a medication strike because the pill dispenser doesn't wear hygienic gloves.

Gioeli has long ago discarded whatever shred of dignity a mafioso might possess with his nonstop whining about medical treatment and food at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

But the latest rant is bizarre even by Gioeli's standards.

He's taken to the blogoshere with the help of his daughter to advance his complaints.

"My new issue is no gloves worn by the pill administer on the pill line," Gioeli states in "tommygioelisvoice."

He goes on to describe a germ warfare behind bars that rivals the dangers faced by gangsters during the bloody Colombo civil war of the 1990s.

"In MDC there (are) over a thousand men, tuberculosis, AIDS, unnamed rashes, unkillable bacteria, a chicken pox outbreak, numerous runny nose and eyes, etc."

Then he delivers the coup de grace: "And the pill lady refuses to wear gloves when she dispenses our oral medication. "

It gets worse. "She shakes out the pill into the cap or an ungloved hand and watches as we place this into our mouths. The cap maneuver may be okay for the mother who is giving meds to her kids, but in an institutional setting it is dowright unsanitary."

The life-long thug charged with participating in the rubout of off-duty NYPD cop Ralph Dols even suggests the pill lady might be breaking the law.

"So I refuse my morning dose until she wears gloves. Every morning I ask her if she brought her gloves and she yells, 'I'm in no mood for you today!' "

Gioeli, 57, will return to Brooklyn Federal Court today for a judge to hear his complaint that the jail is refusing to refill his Plavix heart medicine and still hasn't fixed his teeth.

The mobster's lawyers did not respond to requests for comment."

I will not change my standards, no matter how many 4th grade insults John Marzulli prints in The Daily Rag. Why the dolt thinks that because a person is charged with a crime all of their rights stop is beyond me. I will fight as hard as I can for my right to medical care, fight my case, and every other right that the federal government tries to take away from me.

I do not have the "dignity of a MOB BOSS" because I am NOT a mob boss... that is a fantasy created by the government with the help of its media puppets like Mr. Marzulli. The next time Marzulli wants to fill his column with my words he should copy the stuff I write about him.... that's good reading!

If Mr. Marzulli needs some help filling his column, he just has to ask and I will write it for him. The only thing that is bizarre is that he still has a job writing his child-like bullshit.

I guess being an FBI PUPPET has its benefits!

Plavix

The BOP has stopped my plavix. This heart medication thins my blood and makes the platelets less sticky to avoid clotting, thus protecting from future heart attacks and strokes. The BOP has stopped this medication without allowing me to see a doctor, or giving me any alternative medicine. They cite a study that has nothing to do with me or my condition, in which plavix may be taken for only a year. The American Heart Association gives strong warnings about stopping plavix without first consulting with your doctor. The BOP stopped my medication and refused to let a physician evaluate me! Purposely putting someone's life at risk fits right into the very fabric of the American government in 2010.

It is illegal and immoral for the government to take a life without a trial. On the scale of wars, oil spills, and floods, my plavix seems very small; but to me it is at the top of my list. I am an innocent captive in an American jail. I should not be deprived of my life saving medicine!
