Rats

I write this post while standing in salute to my good friend Francis Guerra (B.F.) on his recent triumph over the immoral persecution of him by our Government. For the second time in as many months (my victory of 5-9-2012) an American Jury has rejected the lies of the unscrupulous Colombo squad of the F.B.I. and its equally corrupt counter parts in the U.S. Attorney's office. The American people are tired of being told that they must believe these drug dealers, rape-o's, and murderers because they are now part of Team America. The people are sick of this rehearsed and contrived testimony presented by the prosecutors as fact in an effort to frame the innocent.

Even with their favorable rulings from the Judges to hide evidence that their criminal informants (Rats) fail polygraph tests about their testimony, rape, torture, and kill people both before and after they enter into into their cooperation agreement. Even after this legal deceit the astute jurors detect their deception. The judges conceal heinous crimes in an effort not to prejudice the government's case in front of the juries. When in fact they're doing justice a disservice by covering up just how truly evil these rats are.

While the jury was returning a not guilty verdict to B.F. for the most serious crimes (two murders) and a RICO charge (which up until now have been unbeatable, another blow to the practice of Government injustice) that egotist, ignorant, blowhard "Sleazy Slavic" Curtis Sliwa was across the river in Federal Court trying to get time served for Joey D'Angelo (who admitted to murders and a host of other crimes including child rape, extortion, assault, and the attempted murder of "Sleazy Slavic" himself). All week long he's been bellowing into the microphone at 970AM The Answer about how he's going to demand that Joey "The Jerkoff" do 10 years in prison.

Then, on the day of sentencing, he caves to the pressure of the F.B.I and Rudy "Skullhead" Giuliani and tells the judge that time served is appropriate for Joey D'Angelo. Curtis: you punk, you dog, you blowjob. I hope that they let Joey "The Jerkoff" live by your home and not that of some unsuspecting family in the Midwest.

So Joey "The Jerkoff" did two years for two murders. Sure, the F.B.I gave Sleazy a cover story about one of D'Angelo's victims raping a girl as a motive for the murder: Another Government LIE! He killed the kid over a pot deal gone bad. Joey "The Jerkoff's" next victim (his best friend, that's right, he killed his best friend!) was killed for his own pleasure and power.

All of today's rats kill for pleasure because they know from cases like Sammy "The Bullshit" Gravano and Greg "The Grim Reaper" Scarpa, etc., that the government will give them a free pass for these killings once they join Team America. That's why rats are the most vicious killers of all. So Sleazy gets up and gives his seal of approval to this devil's covenant. How dare he? Does he think because he got shot in the ass that trumps the rights of the two murder victims? Their mothers? Their Fathers, and their children? Does a babbling cartoon character like yourself presume to speak in the best interest of all the victims' loved ones?

What a sorry state my beloved America is in when we allow politicians, the media, the courts, and law enforcement to hijack justice itself.

Persecutors

It has been eight weeks since my trial and acquittal of six murders and most of the other charges in the indictment. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Liz (The Liar) Geddes and her crew of persecutors for their excellent job at my trial. I'm sure that this is a very exciting time in their lives as they prepare for their new careers as slip and fall lawyers. I am sure that their expertise at fabricating evidence will help them to excel in the civil arena.

I would specifically like to compliment the way that they would deliberately dress down as not to overshadow my limited selection of clothes (as per the guidelines of the M.D.C.). In particular, the way Christina Posa fixed her hair and applied her makeup to resemble Howard (The Fartman) Stern. Wait!... if Howard is the fartman does that that make Christina the fartgirl? Does that mean that I wrongfully accused Lizzy (The Liar)of permeating the air with her foul stench? Did I make a false accusation??? Shame on me.

I think that Lizzy (The Liar) will excuse my one indiscretion being she tried to kill me using contrived evidence provided by FBI Agent Scott (The Seducer) Curtis, and criminal informant Dino (Hemorrhoids) Calabro. After years of intense hypnotism they got Joe Compitelo to parrot Hemorrhoids' testimony, but the outstanding, American jury at my trial saw right through their lies and deceit. If not for the incomprehensible instructions and total vagueness of the Rico law, the jury would have sent me home that day (May 9th 2012). You see the jury at my trial, like most Americans, believes in truth, equality and justice... unlike the US Attorney's Office who cherishes stereotyping, cruelty, and absolute power for themselves.

Fools

This post is about the fools who would try to distract my readers from my heartfelt post of thanks to God (from last week). I would like everyone to know that I am not a professional writer; nor am I a hack like John "The Dolt" Marzulli, or Mitchell "The Moron" Maddux who spew lie after lie in a perverse form of journalism that is not even worthy of a trip to the lavatory throne. My writing comes from my heart and my head; that is why it is so passionate. I could not pick a topic to write about even if it meant a handsome payday upon completion; my writing just comes to me. The Dolt and the Moron should thank whatever God that they believe in that I am not a paid scribe because I could surely have my pick of their jobs. I forgot that as court reporters, they owe their jobs to the government and can't be fired no matter how inaccurate and shoddy their stories are.

Throughout my eight week trial the reporting was all twisted to bolster the government's fantasies. When the government witnesses were caught lying on the stand, the newspapers hid the lies and reported fictions stories about more crimes that I was allegedly involved in. When the FBI's lead agent denied knowing what a hole was (yes, a hole in the ground), claimed that it is against FBI policy to use cadaver sniffing dogs, etc., the news and the post did a story about imaginary clandestine signs and meetings, not that the agent was blatantly dishonest throughout his multiple day testimony. The prosecution's rats were reciting lie after lie from the witness stand. The whole courtroom knew that they were lying. Only the press and the government seemed to believe them.

The daily rags and other government controlled media have played a major role in the FBI's investigation, arrest, and persecution of me. The press gave me the nickname (Tommy Shots) when in fact I've always been called just Tommy. The press also gave me the title of acting boss, all at the direction of the FBI and our government. They printed it and some readers believed it. "Tommy Shots, the new acting boss"... they proclaimed in story after story. The more that I denied I was a boss, or even a gangster, the more people believed that I was. It is so hard to fight acquisitions from the media and their confidential sources.

On the eve of my trial they published that I killed a nun; a horrible lie, and they know it's a horrible lie. They worked tirelessly to poison the jury and the public against me. They are lazy, unscrupulous and unprofessional. When I was arrested Wins News radio went on continually about my arrest, about how vicious I am. They bombarded the public with the tales of some monster that was supposed to be me. When the FBI was digging for murder victims, they repeatedly gave updates. All horror stories all of the time.

Then after almost five years when I was finally vindicated, acquitted of all six murders, not one of the media outlets made much more than a peep. The papers tried to hide the fact of my innocence behind a RICO conviction which is impossible to beat because it's a bad, unjust, unconstitutional law.

In their last desperate attempt to destroy me, the media faulted me for thanking God for my good fortune. How sick is that? I have been treated like I am not an innocent, American citizen. I have been attacked and persecuted unmercifully for no other reason than my heritage, friendships, and the fact that I will not tell the government's lies. American laws have become the tools of the rich and powerful. Sure, the American justice system has a few more formalities before killing someone; but my lynching had begun, and they were very close. If not for the grace, love, and power of my God, my government would have strapped me to a table and put the needle of death in me for other people's crimes.

The Dolt, the Moron, and all of the government's puppets and henchmen are so pathetic that I actually feel sorry for them. I find it in my heart to forgive them, but I will dedicate all of my energies and powers to stop them from persecuting me or any other innocent men and women ever again. It is not going to be enough for a federal prosecutor to say the word Mafia and show some family photographs to throw an Italian American man in jail. The American people of all races and religions are awakening to your deceit and tyranny.

Our Heavenly Father

I knew of God's love for me early in my life; probably around the time that I made my first holy communion. You see, he blessed me with the most loving, kind and caring parents. He also blessed me with two older brother's who were my heroes, teachers, protectors and bullies all at the same time. From this almost flawless nest I proceeded into the arm's of my one true love, my wife Maureen. God truly blessed me when Maureen and myself exchanged our wedding vows. From there God bestowed perfect gift after perfect gift with Julia, Genevieve, Mattia and Kathleen. My four girls are all different and all perfection, to myself and the whole world. I am so loved and blessed by our Heavenly Father that if I was to pass in the night it would be as the richest man. So when through God's grace my jury said not guilty five (5) times and not proven twenty-eight (28) times at the conclusion of my recent federal trial for RICO & multiple murders, I was humbled as well as reminded just how much our God, our Heavenly Father, loves me and all of us. May Almighty God bless you and may you have unyielding faith in Him.

Lost Time

Easter Sunday was my Poppy's first year anniversary in Heaven, what an honor. I know it gave my Grandma and the rest of us a sense of pride. I am sure my Poppy was bragging about his day landing on the holiest day of the year. If you know my Poppy you'd know how special it must have been to him.

This past year flew. It feels as if it has been only a few weeks since Poppy died. I miss him terribly. We live in my Grandparent's house so he was a daily part of our lives and our home feels empty without him and of course without Daddy. I think we all miss Pop more as the days go by, I know I do.

As trial is coming to an end I am filled with excitement to have my Dad back home. I daydream about the day I will see him walk up our front steps and I just can't wait. I dream about just sitting around the table with my family and enjoying each other's company. Poppy making all of us laugh. But then I remember Poppy won't be here and Daddy will come home to a less full household. Our beloved dog of 17 years is now gone too. How I wish so much that my Poppy and my Matty dog could be a part of our reunion with Daddy. They both missed him so much every day. Poppy was only able to see him once and poor Matty just had to have his Dad disappear and not understand why.

The government and the FBI stole my Dad's last few years with his Dad. He should have been here with all of us. Poppy was sick and all he would say was, "I need my son. I need my Tommy." We needed him here, we need him here with us. Poppy would have never suffered the way he did at the end if my Dad was home. He should have been here. Convicted criminals go home and an unconvicted man who has only hearsay against him cannot. For example:

1. Sal Vitale: Lived a life of crime, made millions loan sharking. Was involved in the murders of 11+ people. He is HOME, FREE. He was also allowed to keep $250,000 of his ill-gotten gains, his condo, and his ex-wife was allowed to keep other properties obtained from his lucrative life of crime. He is paid $2300 a month for life by the government and is collecting social security!!!!

2. Reynold Maragni: Arrested in Jan. 2010. Following his arrest the US Attorney's office wrote to the judge not to release him on bail because he was a danger to society. For example, he was caught on tape bragging about how he cripples African Americans for being in his neighborhood. He also threw a man out a third story window and went down and continued to beat him in anger because he "didn't die," etc. Yes, quite a danger to the community I think. WRONG. Before even meeting with this psycho the government wrote a letter to the judge to release Reynold Maragni on bail because he wanted to cooperate with them. He continued to loan shark and commit crimes while working for the government and this violent maniac is HOME, FREE.

3. Dino Calabro: Sat in court and smugly described how he's killed multiple people. He wore a prison uniform (and brand new sneakers and a brand new watch) in front of the public and the jury meanwhile his kids were posting pictures of him all over Facebook at home in plain clothes visiting with them while he was "incarcerated." Dino Calabro is aware of Sal Vitale's deal with the government (and I quote) he "hopes to do one better." That he will.

4, 5, 6, 7+. Every other sociopath who the government puts on the stand.

If these self-professed maniacs can be released out onto the street without the blink of an eye why couldn't my Dad come home on bail? All they have on my Dad is the word of these lunatics but yet he spent the last four years in jail while they were out committing crimes (working for the FBI). My Dad couldn't at least have been on house arrest? My Dad couldn't have at least took 30 minutes to bury Poppy? But a maniac who brutally beats African Americans can run all over New York because he agreed to lie for the government? My Dad is unconvicted! My Dad is not on one tape! My Dad has been followed since the 1980s and there is not one ounce of evidence that he ever committed a crime. The only people who say he's a criminal are the ones who are getting paid to follow the government's script and not serving jail time for their own crimes. These guys are all confessed, convicted criminals and they are home and free. If my Dad decided to lie for the prosecutors and the FBI he'd all of the sudden not be a "danger to the community" too.

The US Attorney's Office and the FBI do not give a shit about you, or me, or public safety at all because they continue to release psychos like Sammy Gravano, Sal Vitale, Reynold Maragni, etc. into our communities without a thought. All they care about is a perfect conviction rate and political gain.

My Dad will make up time lost with Poppy when it's his time and Poppy greets him in Heaven. The FBI's organized crime squad, the devils in the US Attorney's Office and the criminal informants can all go to hell where they belong.
